Shipping time for in-stock items will very much depend on the courier you choose, since our Express and Economy couriers might take from 2-5 or 3-6 business days, whereas, our free Standard shipping may take slightly longer to deliver. In both cases, you will receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order so you’ll know exactly when your package is scheduled to arrive.
You can check the delivery progress of your order by using the tracking number provided in your order shipping confirmation email. If there is indeed an issue, please contact our Customer Service team (support@secantiwatches.com) as soon as possible. In order to assist you, we will need your name and order number.
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), which is processed via Stripe Inc., or PayPal are accepted.
Check to see if your billing address is different from your order’s shipping address. Stripe, our payment system, automatically blocks these transactions for your protection. In that case, we recommend you use another payment method.
As we’re not able to see what is causing this error, some of the most common reasons may be:
– incorrect zip code;
– incorrect verification code or card details;
– insufficient funds / expired card;
– declined due to an international purchase (check if this feature is available for your card);
– declined by the bank.
We always recommend getting in touch with your bank personally in order to clarify why your transaction cannot be verified.
Generally, most orders outside of European Union have been fine based on our experience. However, there is always a likelihood that your order can be subjected to a customs fee in your country (ex: UK, USA, Australia). In the event this occurs, we are not responsible for covering these fees.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
SECANTI cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Secanti only accepts payments made in EUR. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in EUR for a competitive exchange rate.
Once our payment provider processes your payment, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order.
Simply click on Account in the upper right corner of our home page. Enter your account information to view your Order History. Once your order is shipped the tracking ID is sent to your email address.

However, we’re often unable to make these changes because we have your order packed and awaiting shipment within 24 hours of being placed.
