We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders over $60
You’ll be able to select a delivery option and review prices for each option during the checkout.
We provide two shipping options – both include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking information and estimated arrival date. You can easily track your package during the whole transit time using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you do not receive an email containing tracking details, check your spam filter or contact with us.
Depending on where you live, standard shipping usually takes:
- Germany: 2-4 days
- Europe: 3-6 days
- USA & Canada: 5-9 days.
- Rest of the World: 6-13 days
Please note that these time frames are given normal(non-pandemic) circumstances. Due to pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of regular delivery times. We ask you to give up to 10 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.
You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made;
Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.
